Paul Rudd, Nick Jonas
Director: John Carney
Rick (Rudd) is a middle-aged American expat working as a wedding band singer in Ireland. At a wedding gig, he meets Danny (Jonas), a former boy band member trying to launch a serious solo career. After the wedding, the two men share a late-night jam session, during which Rick plays an unfinished song he has been working on for years.
Months later, Danny turns that exact same tune into a massive, career-reviving global hit single. After hearing it while out shopping, Rick travels to Los Angeles to confront Danny and sets out to reclaim the recognition he feels he deserves...
